WHAT/WHY - Twitter Parents just became a recognized BRG in 2019 so and had never officially been announced The biggest challenge was the lack of awareness around who they are, what they stand for, and how They support parent Tweeps. No matter who someone (parent, caregiver, ally) the pressure to perform and put on a perfect show for their coworkers, kids, spouse, or family is a daily juggling act. It’s impossible to feel like you’re succeeding on all fronts.
WHO - Primary: Global Twitter parents & caregivers. Secondary: Allies (children of parents). Tertiary: External
HOW - In July, Twitter Parents Week, and Bring Your Kids To Work Day (virtual edition), will serve as the launchpad. An opportunity to help parents and caregivers connect the unifying truths of raising great kids, and expose them to their caregivers “other job.”

Rather than strive for an A+ report card, #WatchUsWingIt celebrates what it takes to barely make the curve. Because it’s life’s imperfections that make people laugh. Cry. Or cry with laughter. And bring people closer together, even when feel far apart. For Parents Week 2020,  launch @TwitterParents off with conversations that remind Tweeps we’re here to wing it together. Now and forever.
